CONTINUITY:

We are committed to ensuring the continuity of both quality and colour on all of our fabrics. However variations in colour and texture do occur. This is a result of dyelots from each shipment of fabric. We carefully follow international industry standards and variances are always within the international tolerance levels.

OUR GUARANTEE:

Should there be any factory fault, please return the goods to us within 14 days. We will assess the claim and if found to be valid, the item will be repaired or replaced free of charge.

GARMENT CARE:

We cannot accept responsibility for damaged caused by mishandling, or failure to adhere to the garment care instructions provided.

BRANDING INFORMATION:

Please submit all of your branding requirements include branding type preference, positioning, size, and colours so that we can quote you accurately.

FINANCIAL INFORMATION:

We require full payment upfront prior to production.

All samples will be paid for in full and when returned we will reimburse your company. Courier charges will be added to delivery and return of samples.

Samples are mainly purchased to review product quality and for size fitting of staff.

A price list is available with the catalogue the initial price is based on minimum quantity orders. Please make sure that you have the most up-to-date price list. If you choose a variety of products minimum order quantities will fall away.

Prices are exclusive of delivery charges, branding and VAT.

Discount prices will be allocated based on order quantity.
